- 1 x 60-min virtual initial session to dive deep into your goals
- 10 Bi-weekly x 45-min virtual online coaching sessions
- 10 Pre-recorded lessons including topics such as hunger and fullness cues, gentle nutrition, self-coaching skills, body image, and emotional eating.
- Workbooks complete with lessons, journal prompts, key takeaways, and activities to help you take inspired action each week
