Soooo…How exactly does 'pocket' coaching work?

Simply put, we'll use Voxer which is a free walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages. If you already know how to communicate through a messaging app, you can use Voxer. It’s easy peasy lemon squeezy!

DON’T WORRY – THIS ISN’T A 168-HOUR CHAT!

You’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace. 

The best thing about the Pocket Coaching Experience is that we have space between messages to mull things over. Unlike a call where you need to answer right away.

That’s part of what makes Voxer coaching so effective.

During your week of Pocket Coaching the conversation will flow back and forth on and off between us via Voxer all day. This allows us to dig deep into whatever is keeping you stuck....

1. You'll get to choose a week for your Pocket Coaching:

Believe it or not, you won’t need to free your calendar for this. There will be no being glued to your phone all day. Meaning it’s busy 🐝  bee-friendly. Allowing for a full week of coaching while not having to press PAUSE on your day. *Must be completed within 30 days of purchasing.

2. Prepare for your week of Pocket Coaching:

After purchasing the Pocket Coaching Experience you will be sent a form to fill out that asks the necessary questions I need to know to make the most of your week. Once the form is complete you'll be redirected to the scheduling page to book in your 60 minute consultation.

3. The 'meet and greet':

In the 60 minute consultation I'm going to get to know you better by reviewing your answers to the intake form and help you narrow down exactly what you want to accomplish during your week.

4, We get you set up on Voxer:

If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free. We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message.

5. Ask me all the things...during your Pocket Coaching Experience:

I will send you a message to kick off your coaching experience on the date we've agreed on. You can respond whenever it’s convenient for you and we will go back and forth from there.

7 Days of on-demand Voxer Coaching: On-demand coaching via Voxer App for text/voice messaging. Please allow for a max 12 hr response time.

1 60 Minute Consultation: To make the most of your Pocket Coaching we will begin by meeting over Zoom for approximately 60 minutes. The purpose of this consultation is for us to figure out what your current top goal is, your big WHY, and what’s keeping you stuck from having that so that we have clear direction on what to coach on for the following 7 days.
